It’s an honor to be an employer and a responsibility we take extremely serious. It’s about doing right by the people that are loyal and committed to Baseline. It’s our responsibility to grow the employees and to grow the business in order to provide new job opportunities. If we don’t grow, we have failed them.

When Baseline grows, we grow very intentionally. It’s impossible to control quality if you grow too rapidly. When someone new is brought on we make sure they’re paired with someone that’s been with us for a long time.
